What is a Habit Tracker? 

All the good things that you want in your life will come faster if you start creating habits to obtain them. 

If you want to stick with a habit for good, one simple and effective thing you can do is keep a habit tracker. 

They provide a simple way to measure whether you did a task to build a habit. In simple words, they are calendars adapted to keep track of your goals and tasks. 

Basically, you cross off each day you stick with your routine.
